Create the national administrator account

This account manages country registries, government organisations, workflows, regulatory structures, and public service data.

Manage public institutions and national setup records.
Regulatory workflows
Coordinate approvals, mandates, and applications.
Controlled access
Each country has one primary subscription account.

Government account details

Choose internal CountrySuite mail, external email, or both for the government account, then add the primary admin user who will log in.

Select the country requesting a CountrySuite account. Countries already on CountrySuite are not listed.
Choose how this government account should receive official messages.
Required for internal or both. Use an official government account mailbox, not a personal mailbox. If you enter only a name, @org.cs.mail is added.
Required for external or both.
Business capabilities
Optional paid business capability packages for this government account.
Primary admin user
Select whether government organisations are covered by the country subscription or must subscribe independently.
